Drama Therapist, Paula Kingwill and Sian Palmer continue their collaboration with the Reconnect Series workshop entitled Interdependence. This is an opportunity for you to reconnect to the people who make your world.

As we become more grounded and better able to connect to our own needs and limits, so we are better able to connect and be present with those around us. Relationships with our partners, families and communities can bring joy and lightness to life instead of stress and heartache. Using creative techniques, we will explore what stops us from being able to love and to be loved fully and deeply. Here we will explore our place within the web of people that make meaning in our lives, and learn how we can be part of enriching that web. We also bring awareness to our interdependence with humans, animals and our planet.
